Sorry but we do not allow pets or smoking in the inn. Smoking is permitted outside (some rooms even have decks). Children under 12 are permitted in the cottage only.

From New York:Take Route 95 North to exit 65. Go right on Route 153. Go approximately 3/10 mile and bear right onto Route 1, and continue for 1/2 mile. You will see the inn on your right (#976 Boston Post Road). We are less than a 2 hour drive from the city.From Providence:Take Route 95 South to exit 65. Go left on Route 153. Go approximately 3/10 mile and bear right onto Route 1, and continue for 1/2 mile. You will see the inn on your right (#976 Boston Post Road). From Hartford:Take Route 9 South to exit 3. Go straight through first stop sign and right at second onto Route 153. Follow 153 for approximately 5 miles and bear right onto Route 1, and continue for 1/2 mile. You will see the inn on your right (#976 Boston Post Road).
