Rooms/Suites

A total of three rooms are available in this small but spectacularly-situated lodge. A two-bedroom, fully-self-contained condo, with living room, fully-equipped kitchen, bath & laundry facilities, and, a single bedroom in the "family" portion of the house. This arrangement gives the guest a choice of privacy or involvement. The front bedroom of the condo is convertible, using a dual-Murphy bed/dining-table. This allows the room to provide a near-queen sized bed by night, and, dining facilities for five, by day. The view from this room is truly remarkable. The back bedroom of the condo has a log-post bed. The bedroom in the family portion of the lodge has an incredible view, and a private patio above the clouds - literally.

--------Our Skills-Training / Lodging Rate Structure:
----$250/class per person, including nightly lodging, breakfast, four hours of class training and use of all computer laboratory equipment for both class and personal-business related purposes. All classes will be designed to fit exactly the needs of the student(s), and can readily be modified "on-the-fly" to emphasize different subjects or content, as desired by the student(s). There will never be more than four students in any class at any time.

----Adventure tours taken on our "backyard mountain" are provided at no extra charge to the participating lodging or training guest. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
--------Our Adventure Touring / Without Lodging Rate Structure:

----Any adventure activity you might wish to enjoy can be requested, in addition to, or in lieu of a lodging or training-based visit. Our adventure rates are $35.00/hour for human-powered activities and tours undertaken away from our lodge or the "backyard mountain"; fees are variable and significantly higher, and dependent on availability of equipment, for non-human-powered recreation - inasmuch as all such equipment and resources must be arranged with another outfitter. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
--------SPECIAL NOTES:

----The condo is a two-bedroom unit, with a shared bath, kitchen, living room, stone deck, and hot tub area.
----Each bedroom is rented as a separate unit, for individuals who do not elect to rent the entire unit.
----Thus, if you are renting as a "single" person, you ---may--- (depending on our bookings) be sharing the common areas with another "single" person.

Other Information

----On a daily basis, we will provide you and your party one complete round trip to and from Park City or Salt Lake City and their resorts. This is a conscious effort to persuade you NOT to rent a car, and to relieve yourself of any stresses associated with driving, navigating and parking. This round trip shuttle is included in the basic fees we charge. (We ARE located at the top of a mountain. This DOES yield spectacular views and even better back-yard skiing and cycling. HOWEVER - mountain driving is a challenge for rental vehicles unless they are BOTH 4WD and possess four studded tires. )
----Additional round trips will be charged at the rate of $60.00/trip, for a party of up to four. Your hosts would appreciate NOT having to drive after 11:00 p.m.. Should you be renting your own vehicle, and, should you enjoy too liberally of the spirits of bacchus, we will chauffeur you "home" to our house, at any time you might call.
