We are located on the beach. We offer Snorkeling, Scuba Diving, Mayan Ruin, and inland tours. All of these are day tours that bring you back to the island so you can enjoy great seafood in our restaurant. Our restaurant boasts some of the best local and seafood dishes at great prices. We also offer a lounge where you can sit and relax and have a few drinks for Happy Hour (not too much though). We are centrally located so everything is just a couple minutes walk away. Privacy is guaranteed.

Our property is large enough for you to just lay back, read a book and take in the Caribbean breeze. Our restaurant is nearby, and there is always someone around who will be happy to assist in making your stay the best it can be. We offer individual cabanas and suites or regular rooms.

We offer a wide variety of rooms. We offer regular rooms with ceiling fan and a couple of beds, we offer air conditioned suites with 32 channel satellite cable tv, refrigerators and all other ammenities. So whatever your choice, we got it.

Amenities

As mentioned we offer our guests only the best in our restaurant and lounge. We can send email, receive faxes, etc. for our guests who need to be in contact. We are located about a couple of minutes walk from downtown Caye Caulker where you can enjoy the nightlife.

Tropical Paradise Hotel consists of:

3 Standard Economy Rooms – 1 double bed. $50.00 Bzd.

3 Standard Economy A/C Rooms – 1 double bed, ceiling fan & a/c. $65.00 Bzd.

5 Regular Rooms – 1 double bed & 1 twin bed, ceiling fan. $70.00 Bzd.

4 Regular Cabanas – 1 double bed & 1 twin bed, ceiling fan. $80.00 Bzd.

4 Deluxe Cabanas – 2 double beds, 2 ceiling fans & Cable TV (32 channel) $100.00 Bzd.

6 A/C Suites – 4 of them have 2 double beds, fan, air conditioning,
Cable TV, Refrigerator, 1 has double bed & twin bed,
The other 1 queen bed. $140.00 Bzd.




All accommodations have private baths with hot & cold water. Rates are based on single or double occupancy. Extra person charge is $15.00 Bzd.

Tropical Paradise Hotel offers 20% commission on room rates. Government tax is 7% and service charge is 10%. We require half payment within two weeks of booking reservations. We require full payment at least two weeks prior to arrival. We accept cashier’s check in US dollars as payment. Deposits are non-refundable. Once booking is confirmed there will be a $40.00 Bzd. Charge for each change. Full refund less $40.00 Bzd. handling charge will be granted if cancellation is received no less than fifteen days prior to arrival date. Arrival – checkouts: No refund or no change allowed.
