Vevay Indiana is located on the Ohio River in southern Indiana. It’s a sleepy little village of about 1800 souls. The town and the rolling hills and farms around it are much as they where in the 1800's when Rosemont was built. In the year 2000 two new attractions will open. Bellterra a riverboat Casino and the Kentucky Speedway, a 80,000 seat NASCAR and CART racetrack will both be open. Both attractions are within a 10-minute drive of Rosemont.

Accommodations

Rosemont has 5 guestrooms all with private baths. Each room is filled with antiques. The main floor has 2 parlors and a dining room these are also filled with Eastlake style antiques for our guest’s pleasure. On the main floor the rooms are each made from different hardwoods. You walk from a Tiger Maple room to a Walnut room then on to a Cherry Room and back to a Birdseye Maple room. All this leads to a front porch lined with wicker chairs overlooking the mighty Ohio River. If your really adventuresome you can walk down to the rivers bank and sit on a rock, or a piece of driftwood and watch the riverboats go by.
