Accommodations

Our Cottage rooms are in duplex buildings, side by side. They form a horse-shoe shape around our grounds. Parking in front of each room. Country setting on Rural Route 9, 2 miles from town, 1/3 to beach.

Rooms/Suites

Family units come with 2 full size beds and 2 twin beds, or 1 bedroom units with 2 full or queen beds and sleeper couch in living room. All have efficiency cooking, micro wave, and small refrigerators.
Units for two have 2 full size or one queen or king bed in one room. View of our grounds or the slightly wooded area surrounding us.
Small Motel rooms with 1 full bed available as well.

Guest Cafe for Morning Coffee, tea, and muffins.
Outdoor pool and hot tub.
5 mins drive to fitness club. Internet Access in Guest Cafe.

Pets allowed with charge and pet deposit.

Directions

Interstate Route 95 North to Maine, stay on Rte 95 No into Maine Turnpike(toll road); Exit 2 from Turnpike in 'Wells', take left turn off exit onto Rte 9 East.
Follow Rte 9 East for 5 Miles to Shorelands Guest Resort on left side of Rte 9.
