St. Maarten/St. Martin is one small island comprised of two different countries. St. Martin, in the North, is French; St. Maarten, in the South, is Dutch. The island is very user friendly. English is spoken everywhere. There are 37 fabulous white sand beaches - all are open to the public free of charge. The island also features gourmet dining, great water sports, duty-free shopping and, on the Dutch side, the casinos! Once people find St. Maarten/St. Martin, they tend to return time and time again. Why go anywhere else, when it's all right here!
This luxury 2 bedroom/2 bath vacation condo is available for rental by one or two couples. It features a private swimming pool on the deck overlooking Great Bay, Philipsburg and the Caribbean Sea. The panoramic view is spectacular by day or by night. The living room features a four panel sliding door open to the patio and pool. The living room and each bedroom has cable TV. The kitchen is complete with self-cleaning oven, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer and all minor appliances.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and cable TV. The master bath has a shower and a separate jacuzzi bathtub. The guest bedroom has two beds - one double and one twin, a cable TV and a really spectacular view. The guest bath has a combination shower/Jacuzzi tub. There is also a sofa bed in the living room.
Patio with private pool, large screen cable TVin living room, cable TVs in both bedrooms,free wireless internet access, barbecue grill, clothes washer/dryer, all kitchen utensils and linens, parking, gated community with additional community pool, on-site manager.
Maid service may be arranged for an additional charge.
No pets. No smoking. Property is not suitable for toddlers because of pool and mountaintop location. Property is not handicapped accessible. Travel insurance is advised, especially for trips June - November.
