condominiums.

Each executive class condo is completely furnished and includes a full bath ensuite per
bedroom, living and formal dining areas, a full service kitchen and ceiling fans in every
room and living area. Every unit is equipped with central air conditioning (2).

This luxurious two story complex is situated about 120 meters inland from a beautiful
sweeping twelve mile long white sand beach known as Grace Bay and the islands' most
popular snorkeling reef. The villa is bright and airy with cooling trade winds flowing
through its many doors and windows. THE SEAGATE was designed and furnished to
enhance some of what luxurious Caribbean living has to offer.

Enjoy and relax in the comfort of one of the island's largest one bedroom apartments
which has over 1150 square feet of living space. It includes two covered patios, two full
bathrooms and is overlooking our gardens which are developing into one of the islands'
finest.

Every kitchen and bathroom at THE SEAGATE is extra large and designed for your
maximum comfort. Our kitchens are fully equipped and appointed with top quality
appliances.

THE SEAGATE is just minutes away from the island's best restaurants with easy access to
golf, tennis, dive shops, boat charters and island shopping.

Daily maid service is provided to make your vacation rental truly enjoyable. Our live-in
property manager is pleased to assist you with auto rentals, dive packages, tee-off
times, charters, tours and even restaurant reservations. All to enhance your comfort and
enjoyment while at THE SEAGATE.

THEREFORE WE ALLOW OUR GUESTS THE CHOICE OF THIS OPTION.

REQUIRED TO PLACE AN OPERATOR ASSISTED LONG DISTANCE CALL. ALL LOCAL
