We are located in Northern Utah in the Wasatch mountains about 45 minutes driving time on I-80 from SLC International Airport. 55 minutes to Snowbird, Alta, Solitude, Brighton Ski Resorts.
Park City is a historic mining town turned into a fun family oriented ski town with numerous activies for families. examples are Skiing, Snowmobiling, Cross Country Skiing, Tubing, Hiking, Balooning, Ice skating and Bobsled or Luge riding. Major resorts within 10 minutes of the homes are the Canyons, and Deer Valley.Park City Resort center is 100 Yards from the front door of the home.Park City is home to the US Ski team and also the Sundance Film Festival along with many other events during the season.

Two homes located in Old Town Park City, Utah
Each residence has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, heated garages, both homes were hand built by the owner in 1995 and 1997 respectively. These homes are MY BABIES. Both homes will sleep 8 people comfortably, They are located about 2/10 of a mile apart.
Both homes have a pullout sofa sleeper and queen futon bed.

This home is an easy 100 yard walk to Park City Resort Center and the base mountain high speed lifts.
Loaded with deluxe features: Hardwood floors, custom tile, Alder cabinets, trim and doors, 2 fireplaces; one in the master bedroom and the other is in the family room. Steamer shower and Jetted Jacuzzi tub for sore ski muscles after a day of powder snow.Private patio in the quakies with 7 Person Caldera Hot Tub.
Gas BBQ on the deck for cooking steaks and full gourmet kitchen with Microwave, disposal, gas range, refrigerator etc.
Located on the free ski shuttle bus line. you can ride the bus up to old town about a 5 minute ride or you can go to Deer Valley and Canyons about 10 minutes.

1265 Park Avenue: This home is about 500 Yards from the resort center. It has excellent resort views from the hot tub. The home backs onto a 8 acre park and provides an area to sleigh ride and walk in the Park. 3 Bedrooms with 1 king,1 queen, 2 twin, 1 queen pullout sofa sleeper and 1 queen futon bed this home will easily sleep 8 adults, Heated 2 car garage, 7 person private hot tub, jetted tub in master, tv, vcr, cable tv etc. Full gourment kitchen on mail level with entertainment center and bumper pool table
Both homes have a clothes washer and dryer
Park Ave home is also on the busline for Old Town, Canyons or Deer Valley
