Waterville Valley is centrally located in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. It's a short drive to many attractions - Franconia Notch, Clark's Trading Post, Whale's Tale Water Park, Kancamagus Highway, Squam Lake (On Golden Pond was filmed there), Lake Winnipesauke and great factory outlet shopping. There is no sales tax in New Hampshire.

Vacation Rental Property

The Golden Eagle Lodge is the premier place to rent in Waterville Valley. Centrally located, it is just a short walk to everything. The condos are very modern and have great views.

The quaint Town Square has shops and restaurants which offer anything from pizza to Mexican to fine dining. There are also some truly fine restaurants 5 to 10 miles outside town.

Sleeps & # of Bedrooms

This deluxe condo has 1 bedroom, a sleeping alcove, a full bath plus an extra sink and vanity, a living room, dining area and a fully stocked galley style kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher. It can sleep 4 - 6 people.

Amenities

The Golden Eagle Lodge has its own indoor pool, saunas and jacuzzis. There is also a game room for kids.

The $2 million White Mtn. Athletic Club is a 2 minute walk. It has indoor and outdoor Olympic pools, saunas, steam rooms, jacuzzis, weight and exercise rooms, racquetball courts, etc.

The indoor ice skating rink is located in the Town Square. It is open all year round, except for May and June.

Policies & Restrictions

No pets are allowed. There is no smoking in the common areas of the Golden Eagle Lodge.

June 22 - Oct. 20, 2002:

Directions

Interstate 93 North to Exit 28. Then Route 49 East for 10 miles to Waterville Valley. Follow the signs to the Golden Eagle Lodge.
