Description of Surrounding Area

Only 5 minutes from Auckland International and Domestic Airports. Shops and restaurants within 5 minutes walk. There is a local bus service to and from the city centre from opposite our lodge and the Auckland Pass only costs $8 from the bus driver. This pass will take you on all Auckland buses all day and also a 10 minute ferry ride to Devonport on the North Shore.

Description of Accommodations

We have a large communal TV lounge and kitchen, laundry room, internet, free tea and coffee and outdoor swimming pool. There is plenty of car parking space inside our grounds.

Description of Rooms/Suites

Motel Units from $75 have lounge, kitchen, bathroom and one or two bedrooms. Double, twin and share rooms in our lodge with shared bathroom facilities and also ensuite rooms.

Restrictions

All Rooms non-smoking. No pets.

Directions

If you are driving here from the airport, follow the signs to Auckland. You will go over a roundabout and then at the second set of traffic lights, you will see Kirkbride Road signposted left or right. Turn left into Kirkbride Road and drive about 2-3 minutes down the road. You will drive past the Centra Hotel and the Grand Chancellor Hotel on your left. As you round a bend, Skyway Lodge is on your right, next door to the Kiwi International Hotel (the hotel has a large Kiwi Bird on the roof).
