The Alpine Village of Hanmer Springs is spectacularly beautiful no matter what season. Nestled in a basin surrounded by mountains, often blanketted in snow during winter. The region offers visitors a rich variety of experiences and adventure. The Hanmer Springs Thermal Reserve is New Zealands finest Hot Springs complexes. offering a range of pool types. For the adventurous try Bungy jumping, Skiing, Rafting and Canyoning or Jet boat rides, for the fit there are numerous mountain bike tracks and forest walking tracks for all fitness levels. Add golf, tennis, fishing, four wheel drive safaris and just plian relaxing Hanmer has it all. Follow a soak in the pools with a nice meal in one of the fine restaurants.
Accommodations
We have a 90 year old Colonial style Homestead with bed and breakfast rooms and at the rear 8 fresh new luxury suites built with peace and quiet in mind. All located in a cottage garden setting. In the homestead we have a breakfasr dining room and all guests are invited to join us and mingle with other guests from around the world whilst enjoying our special buffet style continental or traditional cooked breakfast.
Our suites have a Qualmark 4 Star rating and have been constructed with extra sound proofing to ensure a peaceful environment.
