A beach home at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, with miles of sandy beach one block in front, guests stroll the beach and watch sunrises, sunsets, sailboats, seals, sea otters, sea birds, Alaska cruise ships, and bald eagles. Nearby whale watching, kayak tours, charter fishing, hiking, beachcombing, golf, boat rentals, make this a destination to relax for a week or spend a day before resuming your travels.
This friendly home offers a large guest lounge equipped with a sitting area, TV and VCR, books, pool table, dart board, exercise bench, and fireplace. Relax in the lounge and enjoy your privacy or join the hosts in the living room to talk about your home land and travels over tea.
Quiet tastefully decorated rooms offer the comfort and feeling of home, all rooms feature Queen size beds, duvets, large mirror, two robes, alarm clocks, and fresh flowers. One family room has a door dividing sections with queen bed in main section and two single beds in 2nd section.
On property parking, and can leave car while you travel BC Ferries cruises. Transportation to/from ferries can be provided for a gratuity.
Start your day with a hearty breakfast featuring fresh fruit salad, home made bread, and home made jams. Served at a time suitable to your travel plans, early enough for those going on BC Ferries cruises.

Travel Directions: As you are coming to Port Hardy turn off Hwy. 19 at the first turn off (Airport turnoff), follow road to T intersection, turn right, travel short distance should see BUDGET rent a car sign turn left there, you will now be on Beaver Harbour Road, follow Beaver Harbour Road past school and ball fields to 6240, we are on left hand side near end of road.
Travel Directions: Follow ferry road to highway ( T intersection, Port Hardy sign with carved bears on top), turn LEFT toward airport, turn left again off highway at first turn off (short distance), follow this road (Byng road) till you see BUDGET rent a car sign, turn left again, you will now be on Beaver Harbour Road, follow Beaver Harbour Road past school and ball fields to 6240, we are on left hand side near end of road.
