Rooms/Suites

Francis E. Warren (F.E.):

This is a large room with a California king sleigh bed. The 1888 private bath has a tub/shower and a large pocket door. This room can connect with Clara and becomes the Warren Suite. It is located on the second floor of the mansion. The stained glass windows make the morning light glow.

Clara Warren:

This is a large room with a king wicker and leather sleigh bed. Step down into a delightful bath with a slipper tub and personal shower. The room also has a desk, phone, and TV. The high ceiling and crown molding enhance the décor of this beautiful room. This room connects with Francis to become the Warren Suite.

Emma Nagle:
This is a large room with a double bed that is part of a unique bedroom set which traveled west in a covered wagon. The original 1888 bathroom has a large tub and shower. There is also a sitting area by the original (non-working) fireplace. This lovely room also has a desk, phone, and TV.

Erasmus Nagle:

This is a large room with a Victorian king bed. The room includes a private bath with a tub/shower. It also includes a French inlaid desk, TV, and phone. It is located on the second floor of the mansion and the afternoon light is wonderful. The high ceiling and crown molding enhance the décor.

Sarah & Richard Sullivan:

This is a smaller room located on the third floor of the mansion. The roof angles add interest to the room and the morning light is wonderful. The room has a queen sized bed, phone, and TV. The bath area is very large with a seperate sitting area furnished with an elegant vanity, original dresser and clawfoot tub.

Barbara Sullivan:

This is a good sized room located on the third floor of the mansion. The angles of the roof line add interest to the room. There is a private bath with a tub/shower and a large sitting area complete with a authentic fainting couch. The room includes a queen size iron wedding bed, desk, TV, and phone.

Blackjack Pershing:

This is a large room with a Fairhope king bed, gas log fireplace, desk, TV, and phone. The private bath includes a tub/shower. The room is located on the ground floor of the Carriage House. It has a second door that opens to a patio facing House Street and overlooks the historic Whipple House.

Frederick Warren:

This large room has a Belmont king bed, gas log fireplace, desk, TV, and phone. The private bath includes an antique clawfoot tub with a shower. The room is located on the ground level of the Carriage House. It has a second door that opens to a patio facing House Street and overlooking the historic Whipple House.

Marie Pershing:

This is a large room features full accessibility and an elegant Cahabra king bed. It is located on the ground level of the Carriage House and has a back door that opens out into the garden. The large private bath includes a soaking tub and a roll-in shower. The room also includes a gas log fireplace, desk, TV, and a phone.

Teddy Roosevelt:

This large suite is located on the second floor of the Carriage House. The sitting room has a large dormered window that brings in great light all day and has a view into the garden. The private bath has a clawfoot tub with shower. The bedroom has a Victorian Mansion king bed under a high couffered ceiling and includes a gas log fireplace, desk, TV, and phone.

Francie Warren Pershing (Frani):

This is a large room with a French Quarter king bed. This very interesting private bath has a tub/shower. This room is located on the second floor of the Carriage House and includes a gas log fireplace, desk, TV, and phone. The roof lines and the high ceiling contribute to the room's unique décor.

Helen Pershing:

This is a large room with a Cottage Queen bed. The private bath is large and unique with an antique clawfoot tub. The room includes a gas log fireplace, desk, TV, and phone. Helen is located on the second floor of the Carriage House and the dormered window overlooks the garden.

From I-25 take I-80 East to Omaha, then exit 362 (Central Avenue exit). Turn left on Central Avenue, come over the viaduct, turn right on Lincolnway then an immediate left on House. We are located on the Northwest corner of House and 17th.
