Cohocton Valley provides a breathtaking vista of hills and verdant countryside. Every season provides opportunities to experience the wonder of Nature at her finest. We are just a short drive from Keuka Lake, Seneca Lake, Canandaigua Lake, Letchworth State Park and Stony Brook State Park. Balloon rallies and festivals, antique shops and mueums, including the Corning Museum of Glass, the Rockwell Museum and the Curtis-Wright Aviation Museum are only a sampling of the many wonderful things you can experience while visiting the area.

Accommodations

Our five thousand sqaure foot villa, built in 1860, has been newly restored to its original grandeur and elegance. There are four verandahs that are perfect for sipping lemonade or just relaxing. We worked very hard to preserve the integrity of the home which boasts ten foot ceilings and nine foot doors. It is furnished with fine antiques and some reproductions which we feel were necessary for your comfort. Curl up with a good book by the fireplace (gas) in the parlor or get your exercise pumping out a tune on the Victorian Organ.

Rooms/Suites

All guest rooms have private baths, are spacious and comfortable, and are tastefully appointed with wonderful beds that ensure your good night's rest. Our Empire Suite is perfect for families with its two queen-sized beds. There is an adjoining sitting room and extra bedroom that connects should your need it, and every morning fresh brewed coffee is just outside your bedroom door

Amenities

Each guest room has its own telephone with computer hook-up. Elegant Victorian suppers are available by advance reservation (a minimum of eight persons is required except when dinner is offered as a part of a package.
