EcoLifeWalks is a ground-breaking, uplifting and Life-enhancing inclusive holiday, based in a quiet ocean-side 5-star Spa resort in sunny Lanzarote. It is aimed at people travelling alone who appreciate nature and want to make more of life. The package includes a life change course, for a small group, built around biosphere walks, yoga, and options such as surfing and a whale sound voyage. EcoLifeWalks will teach you how to redesign the outcome of your life, while enjoying a memorable holiday.

Essentially EcoLifeWalks provides an opportunity to discover a more fulfilling life, while still having the benefit of an enjoyable relaxing, empowering holiday. See the Overview. EcoLifeWalks combines powerful elements of relaxation, rejuvenation, pampering, exercise, fun, appreciation of nature and a series of outdoor talks about how life energy works and how we can use it to our advantage. The process is supported by our connection to unspoiled natural places of great beauty, what we call Deep Ecology.

Typical Day

We’re an easy 3-4 hour flight from the UK or Ireland and it’s a constant summer climate. We offer 20+ hours of Life Talk material, much of it spent in-situ on beaches, watching waves, in volcanoes, botanic gardens and other dramatic and eco-inspirational locations. We provide the option for Yoga, Surfing, Personal Training, Massage. Shiatsu, Cycling, Whale Sound Voyage, so you can make your week the way you want.
Winter Sun
Lanzarote is a unique and beautiful volcanic biosphere island. It enjoys year-round sunshine, so this is a great way to punctuate the English Winter and to lift the greyness from your life!

It is not suitable for children. Most clients are in the age range of 30 - 50, old enough to want to make some changes in life

Sleeping and meals

Accommodation is B&B in a 5 Star Oceanside Hotel in Puerto Calero, Lanzarote, where there is an exclusive marina. The marina frontage has a big choice of restaurants to supplement the hotel's fine cuisine.
We will take to more specialise eateries, where we can continue our discussions, optionally.

Stuart Forster (View My Profile)
Business Director of Holistic Holidays with a long interest in holistic subjects, Stuart Forster is enthusiastic about the ecology of Lanzarote. Renowned for his sense of humour?, he operates landscape tours and is constantly extending his photographic gallery of the island.

He founded Interior Selection, a former leading fabric and wallpaper design and distribution company. On selling the company he traveled widely, spending several years in further research, making a total of over 30 years experience in holistics. Having written extensively on business enterprise via co-operation, he devised Mutual Music, a global interactive facility for Equitable Musical Enterprise.

Like his partner Lynne, Stuart is passionate about helping share their insights on how we control our well-being and life change. He focuses on techniques to quieten the mind, (based on ancient wisdom and unfolding science), accessing the awareness, using thoughts and emotions to guide the process of Life Change. He and Lynne are facilitators on the new Life Change Retreat Courses

A former organ scholar at York Minster Stuart is Webmaster and Co-Director of Holistic Holidays with his partner Lynne Oliver. The couple have produced a DVD of Lynne’s teaching, Yoga in Hawaii.
