Accommodations
The Cannon Beach Hotel is a petite European-style hotel and one of the few historic buildings in Cannon Beach and it is the only historic hotel in the area. The original structure was built around the turn of the century and operated as a boarding house for loggers for many years. This building has served the community as lodging and an eating establishment for almost 100 years. In l992, the building was purchased by local residents, exceptionally restored and reopened as the Cannon Beach Hotel. Today, the hotel is elegant, yet it inspires a peaceful, relaxed feeling throughout. The lobby is warm and cozy with an open oak stair way leading to the second level. The front desk is old fashioned and blends beautifully with the tradition of the past. There is a fire, plenty of reading material, comfortable seating to curl up in, hot beverages, soft music, and a fruit bowl to keep guests happy between meals.
Rooms/Suites
All of the rooms in the hotel are tastefully decorated with original art, soft colors, custom bedding and furnishings made especially for the hotel, including custom made oatmeal soap and shampoo. There are phones, TV/VCRs, and a variety of other extra touches to make your stay special. Our deluxe rooms include gas fireplaces, spas, living areas, and some include a peek of the ocean and Haystack Rock.
