Sea Isle City is a family resort community - one of the several barrier islands that hug the South Jersey coast. Sea Isle is conveniently located halfway between Atlantic City and Cape May, both of which are a half hour away by car.
In the summer you can sun and surf on five miles of wide, uncrowded beaches. You can fish, boat, beachcomb, cruise, shop, got to concerts, dine out and stroll on the promenade. All without leaving Sea Isle City.
Then within minutes, sample the many attractions in Cape May and Atlantic Counties - Cape May Zoo and Park, Wetlands Institute, South Jersey Regional Theater, Cape May Lighthouse and Ocean City Music Pier to mention a few.
In the fall, winter and spring, enjoy the peace and calm of the seashore. You can bike ride, golf at one of several excellent golf courses, birdwatch, take long walks or read a book. And for excitement, take in one of the star-filled shows in Atlantic City.

The love of antiques and the Victorian era is evident throughout the house. Attention has been given to modern amenities such as central air conditioning, whirlpool tubs, gas flamed fireplaces, comfortable furniture, and hearty breakfasts. A wrap around porch, side garden with fountain and hot and cold outdoor showers add to the comfort of guests during the warmer months.
Each bed and breakfast suite has a fireplace and a private bath with jacuzzi tub. Most suites are furnished with antiques. Eash suite has a television.
Located on our romantic attic floor we have bed and breakfast rooms. These rooms are smaller in size with double or queen beds and gable windows. Several rooms have ocean or bay views.
The Colonnade inn has 5 Executive Suites. All Executive Suites have fully equipped kitcens, private bath, living room area and cable television.. Housekeeping service and breakfast are provided daily.

A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation and is applied to the last night of your scheduled stay. A reservation will be confirmed once your deposit has been received. Deposits will be secure and guarantee rate and space requirements only; although every effort will be made to honor a specific room request, we cannot guarantee your assignment. Deposits may be paid with cash, money orders, travelers checks, personal checks, Visa and Mastercard. Reservations made within five days of stay may be secured with a credit card. Personal checks are not accepted as final payment of any balance due at the time of check-in. A ten day notice is required in the event of shortening or cancelling your reservation in order for the deposit to be refunded. A $20 handling charge will be deducted from each returned deposit.
FROM THE NORTH: Garden State Parkway South to Exit 17. Bear right at exit ramp fork. Go appoximately two miles through the bay meadows and over the causeway bridge. At the 2nd lingt make a right onto Landis Avenue. Travel five blocks to 46th Street. The Colonnade Inn is on the corner. Our 46th Street door is our main entrance.
FROM THE SOUTH: Garden State Parkway North. Make a U-turn in the service area at mile marker 18 to get on the southbound Garden State Parkway. Within a mile take Exit 17. Follow the directions above
