The Salt Spring Way
bed & breakfast is located just two miles (3km) south of the village of Ganges and is a short drive (15 min) from all three ferry terminals. We have four acres of meadow, forest and orchard. At four hundred feet we overlook Outer Ganges Harbour and islands, and beyond to Vancouver’s North Shore Mountains. Both guest rooms and garden hot tub share this view with the rest of the house. The comfortable guest rooms, which feature works of local B.C. artists, each have a queen sized bed with locally crafted duvet covers and reading lamps as well as table and chairs. The rooms share a small sitting room, patio and bath. The sitting room has a TV/VCR, stereo, books and games. There is also a mini kitchen with bar sink, refridgerator & microwave, as well as coffee maker and kettle. We provide bathrobes and slippers for our guests. Our resident cats love attention, as does our pet sheep.

Rooms/Suites
The Mountain Room and the Island Room feature hand made headboards and tables made by the Host. The queen beds have down duvets with covers made by one of the local artisans. The Mountain Room features prints by B.C.'s Carl Chaplin, while the Island Room has paintings by Shani Mootoo & Victor Doray also British Columbia artists.
