Historic Yukon home built in 1908. Conveniently located downtown only 2 blocks from Main Street in a quiet residential neighborhood. Hosts Pam and Bernie Phillips welcome you into their home.

Conveniently located in downtown Whitehorse, only two blocks from Main Street. Walk to restaurants and shopping. The Yukon River is only six blocks away. Close to visitor information centre, SS Klondike riverboat, bus station and White Pass Yukon railway station.
Built in 1908 for the real "Sam McGee". This home is a favourite on the Whitehorse Historical Homes tour. Has been recently renovated, keeping all of it's original charm. Two bedrooms upstairs, with your own private washrooms on the main floor. Beautiful large yard with picnic table and BBQ.
Each room has a queen bed and a single bed.
TV, VCR, cable, full kitchen with cooking facilities and utensils.
Smoking and pets permitted outside in the yard. All ages welcome.
Rates are $85 Canadian based on double occupancy. Extra person in room $10. Rate includes serve yourself all you can eat breakfast.
