Quaint beach-side community. Kailua and Lanikai Beaches are a playground for locals and visitors alike. Kailua offers fabulous resturants and activities. Rent a kayak and tour our sundrenched coasline. Windsurfing on Kailua Bay is a must, rentals and lessons are available at the Kailua Beach Park. Snorkling off of Lanikai Beach, in its lagoon like waters is a must. Walk our four and a half miles of white sand beaches, or sit back in your beach chair and absorb the beauty that surrounds you. This is paradise!

Accommodations

We offer cozy beach-side accommodations for two, to large beach-front homes for the extended family. Studios and small cottages, attached one and two bedroom situations are perfect for any budget. Beach homes are rented by the week and are very reasonable when compared to a beach-front hotel suite.

Rooms/Suites

Studio's are self contained one-room units, usually equiped with cooking facilities, and an outdoor lanai, or deck area. Cottages are small detached situations with a little more privacy. Beach homes give you the "run of the house", as you are situated on your own single family residence for a week.

Amenities

Kailua Town is a very active community with a wide offering of restaurants, and a bit of night life. Kaiua public park offers a number of tennis courts, pool, weight room, and each Thursday hosts a farmers market where locally grown produce and fresh fish are sold.

Policies & Restrictions

While these properties do not allow pets, smoking is permitted on a limited basis. Smoking is the units is not allowed,some units allow smoking outdoors only and others do not allow smoking on the property at all. Children of all ages are welcome.

Rates & Availability

Rates start at $85/day for studios, $125/day for one bedrooms, and $450/day for beach homes. Minimum stays of 5-7 nights for studio's, one and two bedroom units. Homes require a minimum 7 night stay. The daily rates are subject to a 11.416% tax. Beach homes may require an additional security deposit. Any-day is a good day to be in Hawaii! All of our properties are available year-round, availability is provided per inquiry.
