Charlotte Street Cottage is a fully restored 2 story kitchen house, built in 1820, that has the feel of a French country cottage. It is set back from the street behind a brick and ironwork fence on a full acre of gardens and is beautifully landscaped with natural areas, stone patios, young fruit trees, flower beds, 200 year old trees
and a large lawn. There is secure complimentary parking behind an electric gate. The house is in an ideal location, on a beautiful wide tree lined street, in the heart of the historic district.It rents as a single unit and accommodates from one to four people.

Secluded and romantic, Charlotte Street Cottage is a beautifully restored 2 bedroom kitchen house offering the perfect combination of privacy, quiet luxury, and easy access to our beautiful historic city. Upstairs find two bedrooms and a full bath, washer and dryer, plenty of closets, and a view of the gardens. Downstairs you have your full gourmet kitchen stocked with your favorite breakfast foods and snacks, a dining area, fireplace and living room. Rise with the sun and go for a jog along the battery or relax on your sunny patio with a hot cup of coffee and fresh fruit and enjoy the flowers in the gardens.
