The Carriage House Inn is a Bed and Breakfast Retreat with 10 beautifully appointed guest rooms on 127 acres of mixed pine and hardwoods overlooking lovely Budd Lake.

Small town, amish in surrounding area. Lots of crafts, antiques, small shops. 20 lakes within 20 minutes. Overlooks all sports lake Budd Lake.
The Carriage House inn is nestled on a pine and hardwood plantation. 4 miles of trails on our 127 acres, 3 acre yard with gardens. 2 Sun decks to relax on and enjoy views of woods/lake.
We also have conference/business/family retreat facilities.
We have ten guests rooms, two great rooms-both with fireplaces and a dining room. All our rooms are beautifully appointed with a different theme. 8 rooms have private baths with whirlpool tubs.
Our conference facilities include a conference room, business equipment available, along with our catering license creates a full service executive or training retreat.
Massage available by appointment.
No smoking, no pets, older children welcome.
Open year round. Rates vary from weekday to weekend. Weekday rates-$55-$105. Weekend rates $95-$175
