Heavily treed and maintained plantation environment includes two 18 hole championship quality golf courses and tennis courts. From the villa you can be at the Disney beach house on foot in about 6 minutes where we have certain privileges. Spanish moss hangs from the oaks and pines - like a return to the glory days of the old South. High quality shops and restaurants are only a short drive away. Kayak and bike rentals are only a 3 minute walk.

Vacation Rental Property

The common areas are uncommonly tasteful and well maintained. You can walk to the beach, or put the beach chairs that we keep in the unit in your car and park at the dedicated free parking area just for owner and their guests at Disney beach house. You can have a light lunch on the north deck of the beach house or have a picnic in the picnic area at the beach house.

The interior of our condominium villa has been designed for comfort and appeal as you can see from the pictures. This unit is great for a family with 4 queen size beds and an queen sleeper in the living room.

Amenities

The pool is just across the driveway and Alexanders Restaurant and the general store (where they have major news papers) is just across the foot bridge over the lagoon.

Services Offered

The competitive rates that we offer requires that you take care of the apartment yourself while you occupy it, and the maids will clean up after you when you leave.

No smoking in the unit and no pets.

Policies & Restrictions

We ask that you not bring red wine or bleach into the unit in order to protect the light colored carpets.

Rates & Availability

Most weeks book Saturday to Saturday. Rates range from $655 to 995/week depending on season. Occasional variation on starting and ending dates.
