Rooms/Suites
We have DORM ROOMS that can sleep 4 or more guests on highly-comfortable single, extra long mattresses. Our DOUBLE ROOMS are very neat and clean with extra-large king-sized mattresses. (Bed linens are provided.) The bath rooms are directly located outside the rooms and are continuously maintained. (Towel Rentals are available.)
Amenities
At Istanbul Hostel, our Cafe/Bar is opened every day and is the perfect place to meet over a warm cup of Turkish Tea, a cold Turkish beer, or partake in the Turkish national drink, Raki. We have a wonderful relaxed atmosphere where you can meet people from all over the world, making new friends sharing a tale or two. During the evening, the CAFE/BAR serves affordable meals and provides great music and dancing til closing.

Policies & Restrictions
Smoking is not permitted in the rooms, only in the Bar downstairs or upstairs Terrace.
Map & Directions
We do not provide transportation from the airport, but it is quite easy to reach us.
Directions from the BUS STATION to Istanbul Hostel:
>From the Bus Station (OTOGAR), take the Metro to AKSARAY; then transfer to the Tramway and get off at the SULTANAHMET TRAM STOP. Follow the tram road down (passing several restaurants on the left) to the intersection and traffic light; cross over to the right and enter the COURTYARD between
the St. Sophia on your left and the Blue Mosque a little farther on your right. Pass all the way through the courtyard and bear to your right at the end. Take the first left at the TAXI STOP and follow the street all the way down passing the FOUR SEASONS HOTEL on the left. The ISTANBUL HOSTEL is directly at the end of the street. WELCOME!!!!!
From the AIRPORT you can take a taxi (around US$11) directly to us OR take the Havas bus (around US$4) outside the terminal that departs every 30 minutes for Aksaray. [Then follow the directions
as stated above from Aksaray.]
