This studio condo is located on the eighth floor of the "Top of the Gulf" and has a terrific view of the Gulf. The complex has an oversize pool with a children's pool, lounge chairs, BBQ grills, 2 story sun deck, snack bar, shuffleboard and 24 hr. security.

This unit is a studio efficiency with fully equipped kitchen, with mircrowave, dishwasher, small appliances,and full size refrigerator. The unit has cable TV with VCR, private phone line with answering machine. This unit has a queen size bed with queen sofa/sleeper. All linens and dishes provided.

Other Information

$150 security/damage deposit required with 7 days of reserving condo. This is not applied to rent. We charge a one time cleaning fee of $30. Parking pass $10.

Directions

Take U.S. Hwy. 98 ALT (Scenic Route) to Joan Ave. (Mariner Seafood Restaurant). Turn on Joan and follow to Thomas Drive. Turn right on Thomas Drive. Top of the Gulf is on your left, just past Club La Vela.
