The Jay peak area offers four season activities iincluding canoeing, hiking, biking, golf, boating, fishing, horseback riding, skiing, snow shoeing, cross country skiing and snowmobiling.

Four comfortable rooms, 2 with private baths and queen size beds. Terry robes, hair dryers, irons and ironing boards. Fireplaces in Living room and Library. Library has many volumes on varied interests. Dish Satelite in Suites and Living Room. Wide front porch faces Jay Peak. Fifteen acres of pasture land bounded by the Missisquoi River where canoes are available free for guest use. Trail rides are available by appointment at time of booking or with 1 days notice. Gift shop in barn features many crafts made in our own shop.

Cancellation policy: 21 days (30 days during Christmas/ New Years holiday period.) Any cancellation by credit card is 5% of total. $30. charge after 14 days. 48 hours, one night's charge; no show, full charge for reserved length of stay.
