Carabooda/Yanchep district is only 45 minutes from the Perth CBD yet we enjoy a country life style with Kangaroos in our front paddock every morning. Yanchep has WA oldest National Park which we have permission to ride around and through in certain areas . We are also very close to many kilometers of deserted beaches. Our trail start with a 2 hour trail ride for beginners going up to a 3 day expedition for experienced riders. We can also offer camel rides as well.

Accommodations
Glendale, the homestead, is built on a 50acre property, half of which has been cleared the other half is natural bush land. Ideal for an early morning walk. In spring time we find many varities of native orchids and wild flowers growing in our own patch of native bush.
Guests have the use of a full sized games room complete with Pot Black size snooker table, a very comfortable lounge room and we have 3 double rooms for guests .

Services Offered
Family holiday package includes all transfers to and from Perth or Perth airport and we often arrange a complimentary wine tasting tour of the Swan valley . Trip to the Pinnacle desert can also be arranged as an optional extra.

Other wise we offer a courtesy transfer from the Perth airport to Glendale.
For self drive Drive north out of Perth city on the Mitchell Freeway. Turn right at the end of the Freeway , Left at the next set of traffic lights continue on around the large traffic island roundabout, left at next set of traffic lights and drive north for about 20 minutes. Turn right opposite entrance to Yanchep National Park , Glendale is 3km on the right PDF file available off our web site.
