The Southern Alps is our most popular tour. It takes one on a breathtaking loop through some of the world's finest scenery. Besides great biking there are many side trips included to waterfalls, lakes and glaciers.Excellent accommodation, including renowned Wilderness Lodges at Arthur's Pass and Lake Moeraki, and meals. The best bikes.
After breakfast we depart at about nine o'clock. Cyclists travel at their own pace and the support van is always available if you do not wish to bike. Most days there are optional walks. Lunch is often a picnic in a scenic location.
All age groups are catered for. Custom Tours for groups small and large are a speciality. We can combine with other activities such as hiking, fishing or kayaking.
We stay in small country inns, wilderness lodges and hotels, and dine in local cafes and restaurants.
The minimum age is 14 when accompanied by parents, 18 when unaccompanied. There is no maximum age.

Description of Active Adventure

Typical Day
