Fremantle, 1 km away, is a vibrant centre where people from all cultures meet, dance, work and play. There are superb beaches adjacent to the Port of Fremantle and the restaurants, plethora of 19th century buildings and many museums and art galleries make Fremantle a mecca for locals and overseas visitors alike.
We are a short train ride from the Capital of Western Australia, Perth and the Swan river winds like a series of linked lakes from Fremantle, past Perth to the Swan valley and Guildford. The Swan Valley which is a wine growing area offering interesting side trips and of course a wide range of both river and sea water sports are available.

Accommodations

House: The old home was built in the late 1800s and is of local limestone with polished wooden floors. The traditional layout is seen in the long passage with the rooms opening off the passage to the owners kitchen and family area which open on to an enclosed back garden.
Studio: This is a modern addition designed to echo the style of the house. It has large windows that look onto the colourful garden and pond with fountain.
Factory Conversion Townhouse: The two bedroom townhouse, 100 m from Westerley sleeps 6 people and is fully self- contained with two toilets , shower and bathroom, complete kitchen, laundry and secluded gardent with vines and native trees.

Rooms/Suites

Rooms in the House: The front guest sitting room has an open fireplace and is charmingly decorated with the owners personal collection of pieces from the early days of WA as well as from their more recent travels. The double room with ensuite has high ceilings with central rose and contains a queen-size bed, refrigerator and overhead fans.
Studio: The furniture here is a queensize bed with another single, antique wardrobe, table and chairs. There is a TV, ensuite bathroom, simple cooking facilities and comfortable chairs. The studio has its own entrance and is suitable for self-contained use.
