Description of Accommodations
The Parsonage on the Green, tucked under whispering pines on a quiet corner of the village green, and adjacent to the historic Congregational Church, was built in 1851 at a cost of $3,000. The home was the church parsonage until the late 1970s, and shortly thereafter became a bed and breakfast. It is on the Lee Historic Properties list. Every room holds an abundance of family heirlooms, photographs and memorabilia. The first floor rooms are furnished with 19th century American antiques, and Oriental style rugs laid over polished maple, walnut, fir, oak hardwood floors. Guests linger in the parlor with its fireplace and piano, circa 1900.(There's old sheet must in a nearby antique music stand.).They also browse through the book-lined shelves in the Victorian decorated library or play games at a table set in the bright bay window with its lace curtains and velvet burgundy swags. A full breakfast with home-made breads is served in the spacious, candlelit dining room. The fresh nosegay at each place, the fine china,crystal and silver family heirlooms are an elegant beginning to the day.
Description of Rooms/Suites
Four bright and airy guest bedrooms, named for American Revolutionary personalities, including General Charles Lee (the town of Lee was named after him) are located on the second floor. Each features private bath, wide p[ine floorboards, ceiling fans, air conditioners, sitting areas. Each bedroom has its own individual color scheme,m and include personal touches -- fresh flowers, bathrobes, china mugs for early morning coffee, reading materials, bedtime locally-made, hand-dipped chocolates.

Rates & Availability
Memorial Day through October 31 -- $165 plus tax per night on the week-end (Thursday through Sunday). $125 plus tax on Monday through Wednesday. Three night minimum on the week-end in the summer. November 1 up to Memorial Day week-end (except holidays) -- $125 plus tax per night on the week-end (Friday and Saturday) $80 plus tax during the week. No minimum in the winter season.
Other Information
Coffee and tea (for early risers) are available at 7 a.m. in the upstairs hall. Tea, accompanied by homemade sweets, such as blueberry pie, hot biscuits, or Victorian lace cookies, is served from an antique tea cart every afternoon in the parlor, or in summer, on the veranda with its comfortable wicker chairs and sofa.
Directions
Take exit 2 off the Massachusetts Turnpike and follow the signs for Route 20 west into the village of Lee. As the road bends sharply to the left (Sunoco gas station or left and Sunflowers Natural Health Food store on the right) get into the right hand lane. Turn right onto Park Place (Lee Chamber of Commerce information booth on the corner of the town park and on the corner of Park Place. Follow the driveway to the right of the Congregational Church. Then turn right onto our driveway that is located at the rear of the Bed & Breakfast. Guests enter by the front door. 20 Park Place. WELCOME
Discounts Offered
Mid-week winter special (Sunday through Thursday). Stay three nights and pay for two nights. Rate is $80 plus taxes per night. This includes full breakfast by candlelight and afternoon tea/hot chocolate with sweets. Close to cross country/downhill skiing.
