Pet Friendly: We welcome a limited number of small (up to 15 lbs) non-barking dogs with prior telephone reservation.
Tax: All room rates, unless otherwise noted, are double occupancy, per room, per night and subject to 13% HST tax. Rates are subject to change. Some minimum night restrictions may apply.
Arrival/Departure: Check in time is between 3:00 & 7:00 p.m. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. Please let us know if you will be arriving outside that time so we can make necessary arrangements.
Deposits: In order to guarantee a reservation, a deposit in the amount equal to 50% room and tax for the reservations total value will be taken for all reservations of two or more total nights. For one night reservations, a deposit equal to 100% room and tax will be taken. Deposits may or may not be refundable if canceled, according to our cancellation policy. When you check in to the hotel, we will authorize an appropriate amount to your provided credit card to cover the cost of the remainder of the room charge and any expected incidental costs.
Cancellations/No Shows: Due to our intimate size, cancellations impact us greatly. Our cancellation policy is 14 days prior to arrival for all reservations. Should the reservation be canceled prior to 14 days before the date of arrival, the deposit of 50% or 100% room and tax will be refunded less a $25 administrative fee. Should cancellation occur within 14 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% room and tax (100% for one night stays) will be assessed and the deposit becomes non-refundable.

From Lester B. Pearson International Airport / Toronto: Hwy 409/East to Hwy 401/East to Hwy 400/North to Hwy 11/North; turn east on Hwy 60, travel 8km then turn right on Deerhurst-Canal Road, take first right on Cookson Bay Cr. 225km / 2-1/2 hours travel time.
From North Bay and points north: Hwy 11 south; turn east on Hwy 60, travel 8km then turn right on Deerhurst-Canal Rd. 130km / 1-1/2 hours travel time.
From Hamilton/Niagara: Hwy 403/North to Hwy 401/East to Hwy 400/North to Hwy 11/North; turn east on Hwy 60, travel 8km then turn right on Deerhurst-Canal Rd, take first right on Cookson Bay Cr. To bypass Toronto, you may opt to take Hwy 407/East (a toll road) from Hwy 403 directly to Hwy 400. 270km (Hamilton)/ 3 hours travel time.
From Windsor/London, take Hwy 401/East to Hwy 400/North to Hwy 11/North; turn east on Hwy 60, travel 8km then turn right on Deerhurst-Canal Rd, take the first right on Cookson Bay Cr. To bypass Toronto, you may opt to take Hwy 407/East (a toll road) from Hwy 403 directly to Hwy 400. (London) / 4 hours travel time; (Windsor) / 5-1/2 hours travel time.
From Ottawa: Hwy 17/West to Highway 60/West; travel through Algonquin Park and turn left on Deerhurst-Canal Road, first right on Cookson Bay Cr. 360 km / 4 hours travel time.
From Kingston and points east: Hwy 401/West to Hwy 12/North to Hwy 11/North; turn east on Hwy 60, travel 8km then turn right on Deerhurst-Canal Rd, first right on Cookson Bay Cr. An alternate route from Hwy 401/West is to take Hwy 407/West (a toll road) to Hwy 400/North to Hwy 11/North.
