Enjoy the waterfornt terrace and the comfortable lounge furniture for relaxing sunbathing, fishing and bird watching. This home includes a private boat dock that will berth two 22 foot boats. Trophy size large mouth black bass are caught in Clearlake every year. Great restaurants, wineries, spas, golf courses and casinos are nearby. For your comfort this is a no smoking environment.

This home sleeps eight people. The master bedroom has a California King bed, the second bedroom has a Queen size bed. There are two twin size rool away beds and a double size hide-a-bed couch in the living room. Pictures available on request.

The home has a large Charcoal BBQ, Private dock, Waterfront terrace with lounge furniture, Umbrella.

Available all year round. Rented by the week only from June 1st to September 1st. Two night minimum the rest of the year.
