This attractive waterfront home is tastefully decorated in a nautical motif. A sailor’s paradise in one of the best fishing areas on Clearlake. Enjoy the waterfornt terrace and the comfortable lounge furniture for relaxing sunbathing, fishing and bird watching. This home includes a private boat dock that will berth two 22 foot boats. Trophy size large mouth black bass are caught in Clearlake every year. Great restaurants, wineries, spas, golf courses and casinos are nearby. For your comfort this is a no smoking environment.
This home sleeps eight people. The master bedroom has a California King bed, the second bedroom has a Queen size bed. There are two twin size rool away beds and a double size hide-a-bed couch in the living room. Pictures available on request.
Fireplace, Phone, Air conditioning, TV (w/cable or satellite), VCR, Stereo, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee maker, large refrigerater with ice maker,coffee grinder, egg poacher, chinese wok, food processor, Two toasters, Full kitchen, Washer, Dryer All cookware and utensils provided. The home has a large Charcoal BBQ, Private dock, Waterfront terrace with lounge furniture, Umbrella.
Linens,towels and limited house cleaning included. Free boat launching facilities close to this property.
Pets may be allowed with additional rent and deposit.
Available all year round. Rented by the week only from June 1st to September 1st. Two night minimum the rest of the year.
