The Land
The terrain of the agricultural enterprise amounts to approximately 250 hectars (671.75 Acres), which are almost entirely covered by a forest of beech, oak, and chestnut treed, and which are rich in charming springs of crystal-clear water with marked character of low mineral content.
This water, therefore, potentially could be used for bottling and selling commercially.

The Village
The agritourism enterprise owns a pictoresque medieval village, which is adaptable to housing various different kinds of business. The setting is ideal for housing a spa resort, a logistic center for agritourism, a cultural center for schools or conventions, or as a retreat for religious communities.

The Farm
In our farm enterprise, horses of high-quality lineage, such as Arab bloodlines, Quarter Horses and Appaloosas are bred and raised.

In addition to breeding horses, the enterprise is engaged in helping to preserve the existence of the wild animals that live in on the mountain reserve, such as deer, roebuck, wild hare and partridge.

The agrotourism enterprise also manages tourists sojourns. in a restructured farmhouse which has seven rooms, each with private baths. We organize short day trips or 2-3 day horseback tours.

We believe that the development of the new national park, which borders on our enterprise, will be of primary interest to the environmental tourism sector, one of the most lucrative sectors of the tourism industry in Italy.

Surrounding Area
The farm property is in the center of the most attractive natural reserve in Tuscany and borders on newly established National Park of Tosco-Emiliano. This park includes scenic Mount Falterona, which houses the source of the beautiful river Arno.

This territory contains some of the most breath-taking spots in all of Italy. Nature remains in the original state, uncontaminated, and dominated by the Casentino Forests with their lush vegetation. In the interior of the park, birds of prey and native animals run free and are protected by strict preservation laws.
