Clearlake, California's largest natural lake. Located in the popular Northern California wine country. Close to the city of Calistoga, famous for its hot mineral waters and mud bath facilities.

Description of Vacation Rental Property

Hal & Donna's Boat Haven is a private single family with its own private boat dock. The residence is in one of Lake Counties nicer neighborhoods. It is completely furnished in a nautical motif. Air conditioned. The Kitchen,family room and master bedroom all face the waterfront. There is ample parking in front of the home for Boat trailers,Motorhomes etc.

Sleeps & # of Bedrooms

The home has two bedrooms and two baths. A King bed in the Master bedroom and a Queen in the second bedroom. There is a Hide-a-bed couch in the living room that sleeps two. 10 people maximum with rental. Two pet maximum.

Amenities

Color TV with cable service,VCR,stereo system,private telephone in home, ice maker, Microwave oven, Automatic dishwasher, Garbage disposer, Refuse service at street side. All eating and cooking utinsils,pots,pans etc. are furnished. A large Bar-B-Q is furnished with lounge chairs on the waterfront patio terrace.

Private phone line in home with dataport for personal computers. Free local calls. 800 numbers needed for long distance. 1-800 collect works also.

Restrictions

Pets may be accepted with additional rent and deposit and theOwner's approval.

Other Information

There are three Nevada style Indian owned gaming casinos near the shores of Clearlake. Come try your luck. Lake County is also known for its excellent wine growing region. Several nearby wineries have tasting rooms for your pleasure. This property is within driving distance to the popular Northern Calilfornia wine country. Sonoma,Napa,Calistoga and Mendocino are adjacent to Clear Lake County.

Directions

From San Francisco CA. Take State Hwy. 101 North to Santa Rosa. Turn East on Russian River Rd. just north of the city.continue to the town of Calistoga. Take Hwy. 29 at Calistoga and continue North East to Middle Town,Lower Lake. At Lower lake go straight onto Hwy 53 don't turn left onto Hwy 29. which will take you around the other side of the lake. Continue on Hwy. 53 to the junction of Hwy. 53 and Hwy. 20. Turn left onto Hwy. 20 for two miles to the Clealake Oaks Keys. Turn left onto Keys Blvd. 13198 Keys is our home address.

Discounts Offered

Rates for a minimum of two nights are $360 + room taxes from September 10th to February 28th. Rented by the week only during June,July and August. March to June minimum rental two nights at $485 plus room taxes.
