Vacation Rental Property

This luxury two bedroom two bathroom ground floor apartment was newly constructed October 1999. It is located in Falling Waters Beach Resort. The apartment is both heated and air conditioned plus ceiling fans for your comfort. The lanai is just perfect for evening BBQs. From the lanai, just 20 yards away is a lake with a waterfall feature.

Sleeps & # of Bedrooms

The master bedroom offers a king size bed with walk in closet and private bathroom. The guest bedroom has twin beds with easy access to the main bathroom. The living room has cable TV and one of the sofas becomes a sleeper. The dining area seats 6 people comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts of home. There is also a 27 foot lanai with a grill, fridge and sink.

Amenities

Falling Waters is a gated community with 24 hour security. Beautifully landscaped gardens leading to the Lazy River Pool where you can enjoy drifting along 600 feet of gently moving water that is no more than 3 feet deep at any point. The apartment is fully air conditioned and provides washer, dryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, waste disposal, modern digital cooker, microwave, iron/board, hairdryers, bedding, towels, telephone, cable TV/VCR, garage with automatic door plus parking space.

Rates & Availability

December 1 to April 30 = $1275 per fortnight
July 1 to August 31 = $1275 per fortnight
May 1 to June 30 = $1050 per fortnight
September 1 to November 30 = $1050 per fortnight
Minimum stay 14 nights. Prices are for a two week stay and include all taxes. A refundable security deposit is required.
