Casa Palmas de Baja Mar is a four storey home. It sleeps up to ten people. It has three bedrooms, three baths, two full kitchens, two dining rooms, and two living rooms with two sleep sofas.
This home can also be rented as two separate apartments, totally shut off from each other and totally private with two separate entrances.
The first level can be rented as a one bedroom, one bath unit with a full kitchen, dining room and a living room with a sleep sofa. It sleeps four. On this level there is a door which shuts off this level from the other levels.

The other levels can be rented as a second apartment with its own entrance in the back of the house. This second apartment has two bedrooms, two baths, a full kitchen, dining room, and living room with sleep sofa. This apartment can sleep up to six people.
