Located 20 minutes from Honolulu International Airport and Waikiki, on the eastern coast of Oahu, and about 3-miles from world famous Kailua Beach, known for its clear blue water and powder soft white sand. Hawaii L.I.G.H.T. House offers a laid back atmosphere, with the many comforts of home. Nestled on the hillside overlooking the Kaneohe Bay, this exquisite $2.5 million estate was artistically designed and built as a one-of-kind showcase home. It has over 8,000 square feet of living space and over 30 tons of beautifully polished, imported Italian; marble flooring and granite that was laid & ground in place by German & Italian 'Masters' of the art.

Vacation Rental Property

Once you have stepped into this beautiful home, you will feel that all your worries are left behind. You will be able to pamper yourself in luxury. Choose from the Game Room with a custom Billiard Table or the 9 foot deep Swimming Pool with a marble deck that is in the center of the home, with a large out-door gas BBQ grill.
There is also a computer with internet access in the home.
The Gourmet Kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully furnished with dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal and everything from the pots and pans to the cooking spices.
The Formal Dining Room comes with use of the everyday dishes as well as the elegant handcrafted china and crystal sets. Our Entry Living Room is furnished with leather furniture and a china cabinet with beautiful crystal and collectibles.
When you get done pampering yourself in luxury, try working out in the shared air-conditioned Exercise Room with a Natilus machine, free-weights, a bench press, an electronic treadmill, stationary bike, stair stepper, and a variety of abs machines. Or, for the children 10 yrs. and under, play in the shared In-Door Playroom with rubber mat flooring, 3-swings, a 10 ft. slide, a look-out tower, a fireman's pole, a rope climb. You have unlimited use of all the amenities. Reserving the Entire Estate offers about 6,000 square feet of fully private living space for your enjoyment and can sleep 12 guests. There is also a washer and dryer. The Exercise Room and Playroom are a wonderful plus about the home.

Sleeps & # of Bedrooms

The 1st guests’ room, the Master Bedroom on the upper level, consists of an air-conditioned bedroom with a California King Size bed and openly joins with the Master Bathroom. The bathroom has double vanity sinks and is constructed with marble walls, floors and shower. The shower is a 7-head Spa shower which adjusts for your comfort. The tub is a black two-person heart-shaped Jacuzzi with a waterfall and underwater light.
The 2nd guests’ bedroom is huge and set up for kids, (400+ sq ft). The Kids Room is right close to the master suit so parents can keep an eye on their children. This bedroom has two twin beds and one full size bed, on one end wrap around office counters. There are also books and board games to keep your kids entertained for hours. It has marble floors and a bathroom with toilet and sink.
The 3rd guests’ bedroom is also carpeted and air-conditioned. It is a loft type bedroom that overlooks the pool and has a beautiful view of the bay. It is furnished with a Queen Size bed and dresser. It has a shared bathroom with the lower bedroom.
The 4th guests’ bedroom is a pool-side, air-conditioned, and carpeted room with a Queen Size bed.
The 5th guests’ bedroom is on the lower level which is also air-conditioned and with a queen size bed and its own full bath.
*All our beds have Memory Foam Toppers and high count cotton sheets for a comfortable night’s sleep.

Open-air Swimming Pool - Lounge around the private pool located in the center of the home. In-home Playground - For children 10 yrs. and under Gym - You will be able to work out in this air-conditioned room with exercise equipment and free-weights. Game/Billiard Room - Test your hand at a game of pool, darts, or with any of our other games. Lanai / Patio - Enjoy the many views that our home has to offer; sunrise, sunset, mountain, marina, or ocean. Beach Equipment - Boogie Boards, Snorkeling Gear, Ice Chests, Beach Chairs, and Beach Towels are provided for your use. Iron and Ironing Board - There is an iron and ironing board for you to use during your stay. Gourmet Kitchen - If cooking is your forte', you will love the Chef's Kitchen. Featuring a glass top island stove, and long granite counters. Cable TV / VCR - For your enjoyment, a color TV/VCR is available for you to watch in your private room. Washer/Dryer - A washer and dryer is on site for your use (detergent included). Extras - Linens and towels, initial paper products and soaps, etc. are provided. BBQ Grill - A deluxe, kitchen type, gas BBQ Grill is provided. Phone is available to make Free calls. We are located 1 block from a bus stop rated 'America's Best Transit' as by American Public Transportation Association for the year 2000-2001. SPECIAL NOTE: This magnificent multi-level home has several areas with stairs.
