Description of Surrounding Area

Our new, fully air-conditioned Villa is very comfortably furnished, well equipped and close to Fort Myers in a quiet and secure living area of Cape Coral. It has got a private, screened and solar-heated pool with western exposure. The living space of about 2,000 square feet devided into three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a joint living room and kitchen is suitable for up to 6 persons. The large sliding door of the living room against the pool area catches the beautiful red of each Florida sunset.

Unsere neue, voll klimatisierte Villa ist komfortabel und modern eingerichtet. Sie befindet sich in einer ruhigen und sicheren Wohngegend Cape Corals, nahe Fort Myers. Der private, vollst�ndig gescreente und solarbeheizte Pool liegt in westlicher Ausrichtung. Die ca. 200m� Wohnfl�che teilen sich in drei Schlafzimmer, zwei B�der und einen gro�en, offenen Wohnbereich, den eine Fr�hst�ckstheke in Wohnzimmer und K�che trennt. Das Haus ist ideal f�r bis zu sechs Personen geeignet. Die gro�e Fensterfront des Wohnzimmers zum Pool hin taucht den Wohnbereich allabendlich in das Rot der untergehenden Floridasonne.

Description of Vacation Rental Property

Center of life in the vacation home is the spacious and modern living room with its great seating unit, the 36" colour TV and the hi-fi system. It is the living room where one meets each other for a pleasant get-together, to browse in the convenient TV chair or just to watch TV or to listen to some music.
Here it is always again a pleasure to watch the regular evening sunset that immerses the whole room in an warm red light.
If the sun has set, one can have the sliding door vanished in the wall to unite the Pool Area with the Living Room to let the evening ceremoniously come to an end.

The breakfast area offers our guests a nice and free view over a garden area through the big kitchen window. You will find modern household staff in the kitchen, e.g. a refrigerator with freezer and icemaker, a dishwasher, cooker, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and plenty of dishes, pots and glasses.

In the double garage you will find two mountainbikes, three beach sunbeds, two air mattresses and a cooler with wheels, water noodles for water fun and a swimming island for the pool. The garage is usable with two cars.

Rates & Availability

The weekly rental rate for 2 adults comes to:
-$750 in the season (Dec/15 - Apr/30)
-$600 in the offseason (May/01 - Dec/14)

additional adult pays $50 per week.
one child under 8 are free
additional child younger than 8 pays $35 per week.

In addition to the rental rate must be paid:
-9% Florida Tax

-$300 Deposit (paid locally to the manager)
-$120 Final Cleaning (paid locally to the manager)

The weekly rental rate includes an amount of $20 (normal consumption) for the weekly electricity consumption.
The deposit will be entirely refund at the end of your stay if no serious damage was caused to the house or the furniture.

There are no other costs!

We grant discounts for stays of 4 weeks or longer!
