The new, fully air-conditioned Villa is very comfortably furnished, well equipped including high speed internet access, gas BBQ etc. The home is close to Fort Myers and the Gulf coast with its beautiful white sandy beaches(Sanibel, Captiva, Fort Myers Beach) in a quiet and secure living area in the south of the city of Cape Coral. The small Cape Coral Beach is in a driving distance of 2 min, Cape Harbour in 4 min. Lots of restaurants and shopping malls are nearby.

Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe auf dem Santa Barbara Blvd. oder Cape Coral Pkwy. Diverse Golfplätze wie auch die berühmten weißen Sandstrände der Golfküste (Captiva, Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach) sowie Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Zur Erkundung der näheren Umgebung stehen zwei Fahrräder, für den Strand Sonnenschirm, Stühle, Kühlbox, Spielsachen etc. zur Verfügung.

Vacation Rental Property

The home has got a private, screened and electro heated pool with western exposure. The living space of about 2,000 square feet devided into three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a joint living room and kitchen is suitable for up to 6 persons. The large sliding door of the living room against the pool area catches the beautiful red of each Florida sunset.
The home offers 2 bikes to explore the neighbourhood and beach equipment like umbrella, chairs, cooler box etc. for beach excursions.

Rates & Availability

The minimum stay is 4 nights. The weekly rental rate for 2 adults comes to $750 in the season (Dec/15 - Apr/30)-$600 in the offseason (May/01 - Dec/14. Additional adults pay $70 (season)/$60 (off season) per week, one child below is 6 free, additional children pay $40 per week. In addition to the rental rate must be paid 11% Florida tax. Local costs -$300 security deposit (reimbursable)-$130 Final Cleaning The average renter's power consumption of about $3 per day is included in the rental rate. All consumption above this will be settled with the deposit. The deposit will be entirely refund at the end of your stay if no serious damage was caused to the house or the furniture.There are no other costs! We grant discounts for stays of 4 weeks or longer!
