Irazu, one of Costa Rica's active volcanoes, stands 11,000 feet tall and is just a two-hour drive from San Jose. Both the Caribbean and the Pacific can be seen from the top on a clear day. Visitors to the capital should plan a trip to the National Theater. It's a grand example of the lavish, gilded flair of an earlier time. The Metropolitan Cathedral, the Supreme Court and the Jade Museum are also worth including in your sightseeing itinerary

Description of Vacation Rental Property

Pueblo Real is a resort developed on 300 acres of land on the central Pacific Coast. The resort is located just 4 km from the town of Quepos (pronounced Kay-pos) and 11 km from Manuel Antonio National Park. This site is protected on one side by a mangrove with access by boat to a beautiful, very secluded beach within 5 minutes of the resort. There is a minimal charge of approximately 400 Colones round-trip per boat load for transportation to the closest beach. There is also a free shuttle boat service each day at 4:30 pm to watch the sun set.

The units at Pueblo Real are large and nicely decorated with two bedrooms and an outside patio with a nice view of the surrounding mountains. Rooms may be either on the ground floor or the second floor.

Maximum Occupancy:
The 2 bedroom units accommodate a maximum of 6 people privacy for 4. In the 2 bedroom units, there is a queen size bed in one bedroom, two twin beds in the other bedroom and there is a hide-a-bed in the living room. And there are 2 baths in a 2 bedroom unit.

Amenities

Your unit is equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, fridge with freezer, microwave, stove with four burners, cutlery, pots and pans, glasses, air conditioning and cable television. Linens and towels are supplied, but you will need to supply your own beach towels.

The units are cleaned and the towels are changed every two days. Please note that the maids do not wash the dishes.
