Very modern complex with spacious, clean, fully furnished and equipped executive accommodation at very reasoable rate. We stayed for 5 night in a large 1 bedroom apartment with full kitchen, internal laundry & balcony. The apartment was modern and clean and had good internet service. The Parramatta Waldorf Apartment Hotel is superbly located for both business or leisure as it is close to Parramatta City's major shopping precint, government offices, business and financial district, all within easy walking distance.
The Apartment hotel is within easy access to Homebush Bay Olympic Stadium, Sydney Showground & Exhibition Centre, Australia Wonderland Theme Park, Parramatta Stadium, Elizabeth Farm, Featherdale Wildlife Park, Linden Museum, Lanter Barracks and Eastern Creek Raceway.
We are located on an easy access route for daily or weekend visit to The Blue Mountains outside Sydney Western suburbs.
Sydney Central Business District is a quick 20 Km away via the expressway while Sydney International Airport is 30 Km away.
Rivercat service to Circular Quay, Star City Casino and many other Sydney attractions is located within 1500 m from our apartment hotel.

Our spacious contemporary lobby & coffee shop will offer our residents and their guest a pleasant welcome and secure environment during their stay.
All our apartment are air conditioned, self contained and include kitchen and internal laundry as well as on site security car parking.
The apartment are fully furnished and equiped inclusive of direct dial telephones, voice mail and state of the art communications and internet services.
Rooms/Suites
Studio apartments range in sizefrom 28 sqm to 48 sqm and will accommodate up to 3 persons.
Our 2 & 3 bedroom service apartments are of an average size of 60-75 sqm, will accommodate up to 6 persons and are located at:

Most of our studio and 1 bedroom apartments (some with balconies) have views over Parramatta City to the Blue Mountains; others are East facing apartments which enjoy views over the Rosehill Gardens Racecourse.
Apartments are fully equipped and furnished with kitchen (inclusive of a dishwasher) & laundry appliances, TV with free Foxtel service, direct dial telephone with voice mail, fax, direct high speed internet port connection and generous storage areas.
Apartments are serviced either weekly or daily (inclusive of linen change) and are suitable for both short or extended stay accommodation.
Amenities
Our facilities include 3 natural light conference rooms for up to 280 guests as well as a restaurant & bar overlooking The Rosehill Gardens Racecourse. On site secured car parking facility for over 100 bays is available.
Variety of state of the art conference equipment is also available.

Our weekly rate for 2 & 3 bedroom serviced apartments in Parramatta & Carlingford start from A$750 per week.
All our rates are fully inclusive.
Special weekly extended stay rates (for more than 2 weeks) are subject to availability and advanced reservation
