Description of Surrounding Area

Scott's Hotel is situated in Binissalem, a beautifully preserved town in the centre of Mallorca's wine region. It's a 20-minute drive from the cosmopolitan city of Palma de Mallorca, where you will find shopping, culture and cuisine to rival any of Europe's great capitals. All of the island's attractions are within easy reach, and the nearest sandy beach is only 20 mintues away, and the mountains even closer.

Description of Accommodations

Scott's offers a range of Superior and Deluxe double and twin rooms, as well as junior and luxury suites. The hotel is a reonovated 18th-century seignorial townhouse, and is arranged around a Mediterranean flower-filled courtyard with a shady patio and spacious sun patio.

Description of Rooms/Suites

All of Scott's rooms have been individually furnished with beautiful antiques and fine furnishings. All our beds were handmade in England, and boast duck-down pillows for a blissful night's sleep. Our suites include the Green Suite, with its eighteenth-century sitting room complete with painted ceiling; and the Terrace Suite, which has its own private terrace with fantastic views of the town's roofs and the mountains beyond. Our Deluxe and Superior rooms offer the same levels of style and comfort, with touches such as super-king-sized beds or extra-long twins for our taller guests.

Amenities

When you aren't exploring the myriad hidden delights of Mallorca, you can relax under our giant rubber tree on our shady patio, stretch out on a lounger on our spacious sun terrace or take a dip in our spa-style indoor pool. Our well-stocked bar operates on an honesty system, and guests often meet for pre-dinner drinks before strolling over to our award-winning bistro restaurant, which serves modern Mediterranean food in the most elegant of surroundings. Our sumptuous breakfast is served until noon.

Restrictions

Because of the historic nature of the building, and the fragility of many of our furnishings, we do not accept children under 12 years of age. For the same reasons, we do not allow pets. We've reserved two of our rooms for smokers, the others are smoke free.

Rates & Availability

The hotel is open all year around. Rates range from 330 euros a night for the Grand Suite and 270 euros a night for one of our luxury suites, to 205 euros a night for a Deluxe double room and 175 euros a night for a Superior double room. Single occupants will receive a 25% discount off these double-room rates.
