Seaside and the surrounding area offers something for the entire family. Astoria, Warrenton, Gearhart to the north, Cannon Beach, Tillamook to south and Portland 80 miles east. Many local historical landmarks. Seaside is the official end of the Lewis & Clark Expedition and many events are planned for the next few years. Hiking, fishing, golf, beaches, crabbing, clamming, nature trails, horse back riding and much more.

Vacation Rental Property

Several units types are available. 1BR Suites, 1BR Duplex units and 3 BR houses in Seaside on Oregon's beautiful North coast. All units have kitchen, dining area, living room, bedroom(s), bath(s) and many extras. Some units have fireplaces, decks and/or jetted tubs. 1BR Suites are designed for 2 adults. Our 1BR Duplex units are for 2 adults or families of 3-4. The 3BR houses accommodate 6 adults or families of 7-8. We are a non-smoking property and do not allow pets.

Sleeps & # of Bedrooms

Suites & Duplex units are 1BR/1BA. One house is 3BR/2BA the other 3BR/3BA.
Suites sleep two adults, Duplex units sleep two adults and up to two children, houses sleep 6 adults or families up to 7-8.

Amenities

All have Tv's and VCR's w/free movie rental, telephone, kitchen, dining area, living room, bedroom and bath with shower or jetted tub w/shower. Many have decks, fireplaces, jetted tubs.
Suites offer upscale amenities including daily maid service, luxury terry robes, slipper and complimentary coffee, tea, cocoa, cookies, candy, popcorn and more all restocked daily. These are truly wonderful accommodations.

Stay 7 nights in any unit type and receive a Tote Bag filled with goodies.

Policies & Restrictions

Non-smoking property and no pets allowed. Suites are designed for adults. Duplex and houses are designed more for families.

Rates & Availability

Suites & Duplex units: 10/1-5/20 $99-$160, 2 night minimum.
Suites & Duplex units: 5/21-9/30 $145-$175, 2-5 night minimum
Houses: 10/1-5/20 $185-$225, 2 night minimum
Houses: 5/21-9/30 $225-$250, 2 nt min. June & Sept., 5 nt min. July & August.
Holidays are 3-4 night minimums in all units.
Some special events may require 3 night minimums.
Add 8% city room tax to all rates.
7th night is always FREE

Directions

Heading North on Hwy 101 turn left on Ave G., heading South on Hwy 101 turn right on Ave G and head west toward ocean about 4 blocks, we are on the corner of Ave G & South Downing St. About 80 miles from Portland, OR (PDX).
