A magnificent Connecticut Bed and Breakfast Inn near Mystic, the Inn at Harbor Hill Marina of Niantic CT offers beautiful waterfront lodging and accommodations on the CT Shoreline. Nestled on a hilltop in Niantic's marina district overlooking its marina docks and the Niantic River, our waterfront B&B boasts genuine hospitality, superior service and comfort, all in a beautiful setting ~ on the water! Our charming romantic Bed and Breakfast is the perfect choice for getaways and vacations near Mystic CT, New London, Foxwoods Casino and Mohegan Sun Casino.

Boating, fishing, kayaking or simply relaxing are activities just a few steps from our Inn. Within easy walking distance to Niantic Village are shops, antiques, restaurants, movie theater, the beach and the Niantic Bay Boardwalk. The Inn at Harbor Hill Marina is only a short drive to Mystic, a popular New England vacation destination famous for its historic Mystic Seaport and Mystic Aquarium. There is so much to see and do anytime of year in our popular Mystic area - from wineries, historic museums, shopping and antiquing to golfing, hiking, sailing, boat and lighthouse cruises and fishing charters

Description of Accommodations

The Inn boasts nine tastefully decorated guestrooms in seaside decor, All of our guest rooms have been named after famous local New England lighthouses and offer private bath, water views, cable TV, CD player, paddle fan and air conditioning. Most have queen bed and some have two beds.
Savor the salt air breezes and panoramic views of the Niantic River and Long Island Sound from the privacy of the balcony of one of our guestrooms. Enjoy the beautiful gardens from an Adirondack chair or the peacefulness of the gazebo.

Breakfast can be enjoyed on the porch during summer months, weather permitting, or in our cozy Bayview room by the fireplace.

Description of Rooms/Suites

Most rooms have queen bed, some have two beds. All rooms enjoy waterviews, private bath, cable tv, a/c. Some rooms have balconies and fireplaces overlooking the marina, Niantic River and Niantic Bay. The suite has a private entrance and deck overlooking the marina. It too offers queen bed and pull-out sofa, private bath, cable tv, a/c, mini-bar, desk and fireplace. Breakfast is included daily.

The inn offers meeting space to the business clientele, fax and internet access. Events such as small weddings, family reunions, gatherings, business retreats can be accommodated.

Kayaks and beach passes are offered to guests staying at the Inn. Afternoon snacks, wine are offered. On site parking is available.
Boat rides down the Niantic River are offered, weather permitting.

Rates & Availability

The Inn is open year round. Rates range from $135-255 depending on the season. Most weekends require a two night stay and three nights on holiday weekends. Visit our website for Specials and Packages offered throughout the year.

Directions:
From 1-95 North or South take Exit 74. Turn Right onto Rt. 161 South and follow to the end. Turn Left onto Main Street (Rt. 156) . Continue 1 block and turn left onto Smith Street. Take first Right onto Grand Street. Our driveway is on your left.

We are located 2 hours from New York and Boston, 1 hour from Providence and Hartford.
