Sunset Valley is perfectly located. Three of Tobago�s best beaches are within ten minutes of the estate. The best of these, Englishman�s Bay, is just down the hill. CondeNast travel magazine recently named Englishman�s Bay as one of the world�s best beaches. Englishman�s Bay is truly picture postcard perfect�. uncrowded, unspoiled, and undeniably lovely. Englishman�s Bay also offers a nice selection of coral and fish for snorkeling (yes, we have snorkel gear for your use). Castara and Parlatuvier also offer excellent bathing and are very close. Some of Tobago�s best bird watching and hiking can be found in Sunset Valley�s immediate area. The scenery is wonderful and the wildlife in and around the estate is remarkable. Other activities, such as golf, sailing, diving, or sport fishing are a reasonable drive away. We can help arrange any of these activities for you�..and we even have golf clubs for you to use. Of course, you could always choose to do absolutely nothing (you are on holiday, right?). Sunset Valley is the ideal place to relax�.peaceful, serene and cooled by the soft breezes of the Caribbean.

Sunset Valley Estate is located between the sleepy fishing villages of Castara & Parlatuvier on the Caribbean coast of Tobago. This area is considered the most tranquil and loveliest on the island. Sunset Valley rests on a ridge overlooking picturesque Englishman�s Bay and is surrounded by three acres of lush, manicured gardens and orchards. The panoramas from the villa�s huge wrap-around veranda are truly breathtaking�the crystal blue turquoise of the Caribbean in the front and the lush, deep greens of the rain forest in the rear�.the views are unforgettable. Outside, a lovely array of flowers and shrubs surround the villa�s refreshing pool (15� x 35�). There is also a large assortment of chairs and lounges for your relaxation, as well as an outdoor shower for your convenience. There are two over-sized hammocks in the cool shade of the veranda from which you can enjoy the wonderful views from the estate and the delightful songs of our many feathered friends. The views are simply indescribable.

Sunset Valley can accommodate up to six people in its three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have both full and twin beds with ensuite bath. The third bedroom has two twin beds and there are two full-sized futon beds in the spacious great room. The kitchen and laundry room are fully equipped and feature all new, modern appliances. The dining area and great room are both large enough to comfortably accommodate a family or group of eight. There are three bathrooms. All of the villa�s rooms have ceiling fans and all open onto the cool veranda and its wonderful views.

There is satellite TV, a VCR, DVD, and a CD player for your entertainment with a large library of movies and music from which to choose. We also have plenty of board games and books available for our guests.

We provide all linens and daily maid service. All guests (even those who rent cars) will be greeted at the airport and escorted to Sunset Valley. There will be a welcome drink and snacks waiting for you at the villa. We also provide grocery staples (rice, flour, sugar, etc.) and can purchase a complete food inventory for you if you wish. Babysitting and a cook can also be arranged for a reasonable fee. If there is anything else you may require, please ask.

No pets, please. The villa is not appropriate for small children or toddlers. Smoking is allowed outside on our spacious verandas and decks. Thanks.

Peak/holiday (16 Dec. - 15 Feb.) $2,600/wkLow Season (16 Feb. - 15 Dec.) $2,300/wkA 30% deposit is required to reserve Sunset Valley. The balance is normally due 60 days before occupancy. A $500 refundable security deposit will also be collected.

Huge verandas surround the villa...
Trinidad (airport code POS) is the airline "gateway" to Tobago (TAB). With that in mind, BWIA offers daily flights from the UK; British Airways, Virgin Atlantic and Monarch charters also fly into Trinidad. Condor flies twice weekly from Germany. American, Air Canada, Continental and BWIA all have flights to either Trinidad or Tobago. Tobago Express (a BWIA subsidiary) supplies the air bridge from Trinidad to Tobago. All guests will be met and escorted to Sunset Valley.

Directions

All guests will be personally greeted and escorted to the villa even if they have their own transportation.
