Description of Vacation Rental Property

A "Nordic Inn-Credible" vacation awaits when you stay in one of these luxurious studio, one, two or three bedroom full-size condominiums. Standard appointments include wall-to-wall carpeting, electric ranges with self-cleaning ovens, solid oak cabinets and matching vanities, cable TV and VCR, gas fireplaces, and private balconies or decks.

Bordering the White Mountain National Forest, this year-round destination resort is conveniently located in the quaint town of Lincoln, NH, at the crossroads of the Kancamagus Scenic Byway and the Franconia Notch State Parkway. This idyllic location, renowned for its spectacular and expansive mountain views, boasts four-season attractions that take full advantage of the White Mountains, the changing seasons and the easy informality of resort communities.

Sleeps & # of Bedrooms

STUDIO UNIT: A limited number of studio units are available. This size unit features a spacious living room, dining area, fully applianced kitchen, and bedroom with full bath. This is our most economical unit and is a compact unit of approximately 500 square feet. It accommodates two adults very comfortably.

ONE BEDROOM UNIT: This unit has a bedroom with a large walk-in closet, bathroom, living room, dining area and a full-size kitchen. There is a pull-out queen sleep sofa in most living rooms. Guests using the living room can access the bathroom through a second entrance, affording guests in each room total and complete privacy. A one bedroom unit will accommodate up to four people. This unit is approximately 800 square feet.

TWO BEDROOM UNIT: This unit features two bedrooms, both with walk-in closets and access to two full baths. This unit also boasts a full-size kitchen, dining area and living room. This spacious unit is approximately 1200 square feet and can accommodate up to six people.

THREE BEDROOM UNIT: This is the largest and most spacious unit at the Nordic Inn. It is a two level unit of approximately 1800 square feet. It has three full bathrooms, one for each bedroom. Along with the full-size kitchen, dining room and living room, this unit also has two balconies. This unit is our best value for large families and groups. Our three bedroom units sleep from eight to twelve people.

Amenities

All units are fully equipped and have telephones, televisions, VCR's, coffee makers, toasters--all the comforts of home. Units are air-conditioned and have gas fireplaces. All units have VIP memberships to our in-house health club.

Services Offered

The Nordic Inn boasts three lobbies, a function room for private parties, and an in-house laundry.

Our fitness Club includes a heated outdoor pool, indoor and outdoor Jacuzzis and a weight room.

Restrictions

Regretably, pets are not allowed at the Nordic Inn.
Grills are not allowed within 200 feet of building.
Clothing, towels etc. cannot be hung from porch railings.

From Points South: Rte. 93N to Exit 32, then left onto Rte. 112E for 1 mile.
From Points East: Rte. 112W to Loon Mountain. Follow for 1 mile.
From Points West: Rte. 112E to Rte. 3. Cross over and follow for 2 miles.
