Santa Cruz is a true California beach town located just south of famed Silicon Valley and the San Francisco bay area. Other smaller charming beach communities such as Capitola, Aptos, etc. continue around the Monterey Bay towards Monterey and Carmel. Water sports to sightseeing provide fun for everyone.

Vacation Rental Property

Situated on the 26th Avenue Beach, the home is located between the Capitola and Santa Cruz piers just west of Pleasure Point. The View is on a point which sets the home farther out towards the ocean than any of the multi-million dollar homes on either side, so you have a complete 180 degree panoramic view of the ocean. Whether during the day when the sun reflects off the water or in the evening when the moon's reflection is captured in the silver lining curl of the waves, the view is breathtaking and will command your attention often during your stay.

Every room, except the bathrooms, has an ocean view. Even when cooking or washing the dishes, you can enjoy the ocean's entertainment from the peacefulness of the breaking waves to the plethora of wildlife such as sea otters, porpoises, a variety of birds, and of course, the surfers who find the shore-break in front of our home one of the best in Santa Cruz.

The home has three bedrooms plus a kid�s sleeping area, three full bathrooms, three living rooms, three TV�s (one large screen HDTV with progressive scan DVD), wireless DSL and more. Our goal is to provide supreme accommodations for an awesome vacation. Please contact us to see if our home is available for your special time.

There is a 10% county tax, $150 cleaning fee and a refundable $1000 security deposit.
