Condo at The Legends Golf & Country Club

This condo will be available for rental beginning in December. It is on the 3rd floor of a 4-floor building (elevator and stairs both close). From the foyer there is a fully applianced kitchen (everything is white) including dishwasher and microwave. There is a breakfast area at one end of the kitchen and a larger dining area on the other side with a half wall in between. The living area is an extension of the dining area. Sliders off the end of the living room lead to the screened in lanai, which overlooks a lake and the golf course. The guest bedroom is on the opposite side of the condo from the kitchen. It has 2 twin beds. The twins could be made into a king if so desired. The guest bathroom is ceramic and has a tub/shower combination. The washer/dryer are also located to this side of the condo. Opposite the living room is the master bedroom with 2 walk-in closets and large ceramic bath with glass and ceramic enclosed shower and 2 sinks. The master has a king bed. There is a sofa bed in the living room, also. All linens and utensils are furnished. Televisions in each bedroom and the living room and there is a VCR/DVD player. Each unit has a covered carport.

The community itself is gated and there is a 2.5-mile walking trail. There are tennis courts, snack bar, pro shop, restaurants, computer rooms, card rooms and many social activities going on all the time. Everything you would expect from a country club. There is a large pool by the clubhouse and each condo area also has a pool area. The golf course is gorgeous.

May-Nov: $1000
Dec: $2300
There is also a one-time fee of $150 to transfer the golf membership. That allows unlimited use of the golf course (green fees) while you are there. There is a $75 exit cleaning fee.
