This charming Bahamian style conch home with tin roof and white spindled decks reminiscent of old Key West is located a block off Duval Street in award winning Windward Park, a gated and secure community consisting of 13 privately owned homes clustered around a 50 foot pool. Decorated in shades of blue and green with crisp white trim, new hardwood floors, and furnished with white wicker and glass, painted wood, rattan and wrought iron, plus tropical prints, island accessories and local art, Island Wind is the ideal Key West hideaway. The two-story vaulted living room has a queen sofa bed, cable TV, VCR, stereo and 5 disc CD player. The fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, (and dining area) is equipped with every appliance, utensil and accessory required for snacking, baking, grilling or gourmet cooking.

Sleeps & # of Bedrooms

The main floor bedroom has twin beds that convert to a king, private bath with shower, and double French doors leading to a large furnished private deck with gas barbecue and 5 person hot tub/spa. A great place to enjoy cocktails and relax in the shade of the papaya and gumbo-limbo trees. The second floor master suite has a king size bed and private bath with tub and shower. Balcony off Master bedroom overlooks the living room and leads to a private furnished covered outdoor balcony overlooking the pool. Queen sofabed in living room. Sleeps 5.

Three TV's with cable, VCR, 5 disc CD player, 3 phones, 2 clock radios, 2 hair dryers, ironing board and iron, washer and dryer, 2 furnished balconies, private rear deck with gas barbecue and 5 person hot tub/spa, 20 x 50 ft. pool. Kitchen includes fridge with icemaker, stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, blender, coffee maker, electric mixer, toaster, crock pot, and all utensils and accessories required for cooking and grilling. Central air as well as ceiling fans in all rooms. Supply of videos and cd's available for guest use. Off street parking for one vehicle.

Available all year by the week, month etc. 5 night minimum stay.

Higher rates apply for special weeks and holidays
