Typical Day

Scuba diving and snorkeling in the Gulf Of Papagayo, Pacific Ocean, two tank morning boat dive with snacks on board. Afternoons for horseback riding in the wildlife refuge, tree top canopy tours, sailing, sunset cruises or just relaxing on the beach. If diving is not scheduled you may take the day for Rincon de La Vieja Volcano, water slide, horseback riding, tree top canopy, hot springs, mud baths, natural lava flow sauna and more.

Age range, type of group

Scuba diving and adventure tours have a minimun age of 10 however we have special tours for families with children under 10, handicapped or seniors not in good physical condition.All of our tours are private and we travel at your pace. We have trailers pulled by a tractor at the wildlife refuges and the tree top canopy tour for those that do not wish to horseback ride.

Sleeping and meals

Beach Resort is sitting on the hill overlooking the Pacific Ocean with a great view and gorgeous sunsets. The resort hotel rooms have two queen beds, hair dryer, coffee maker, security safe, stocked micro fridge, cable TV, phone and central air. Each room has a great view. Trams take you around the large gounds, beach, restaurant, spa, mini mart, gym, swimming pools and snack bars. The ocean and beach are your front yard where you can relax in a hammock or a lounge chair.

Restrictions

We have smoking and non-smoking rooms. Scuba divers must be certified or take one of our courses with an instructor. We have 4 day full certification courses or a one day "learn to dive" course. We accept referrals from all certifying agencies.

Rates

TWO NIGHT Adventure Package includes private transportation with English-speaking guide, two nights at selected hotel for opportunity to observe Arenal Volcano, visit to Tabacon Hot Springs, White-Water Rafting, and Choice of one of the following: Tree-Top Canopy, Canyoing, or ATV Tour. Drop Off at SJO or Liberia/Hermosa Area (This night's accommodations are NOT INCLUDED).MEALS: 2 Breakfast, 3 Lunches, 2 Dinners, hotel taxes, and tax/service charge on meals. Other Information

The resort is fenced in and guarded with monkeys and parrots in the trees, iguanas and coatimundis on the ground and fish in the tide pools at the beach. Lots of activities and tours available. The fishing village of Playa del Coco is 15 minutes away and Liberia and the International Airport is 30 minutes away. All of our tours are privately escorted in a modern air conditioned vehicle with an English speaking naturalists guide or you may choose to self drive or you can use our drop off service and save even more. We can make all the arrangements. Full service Gym and spa, massage, body wrap. hot oil, brush scrub and more.
