Each of our guests are treated like "Kings& Queens". We offer a non-smoking environment where our guests can enjoy the fresh mountain air to its fullest potential. We even have an on-site massage therapist available to help guests relax and escape the pressure from big city chaos.
Description of Rooms/Suites
KING'S PALACE Our most popular room for couples looking for that extra special "get-away" vacation! This room boasts a King sized bed, view of Okanagan and Skaha Lakes, large screen TV, fireplace, private en-suite with soaker jetted tub and separate shower, private entrance to deck and hot tub outside, and a full sized walk in closet. QUEEN'S RETREATGreat room for people looking for lots of space. It is equipped with a King-sized bed, writing desk, 2 Queen Anne chairs, plenty of closet space - everything you need for first class accommodations. Note this room can alternately be make up with two Twin Sized Beds. This room has its own private full sized bathroom ROYAL SUITEGreat idea for couples traveling together or family groups of up to 4 people! We provide two bedrooms - one with a king-sized bed (or alternately 2 twins) and the other with a Queen-sized bed. There is one private full sized bathroom for the suite. Guests staying in the suite are invited to use the Family room (equipped with fireplace) for TV viewing, or visiting.

Restrictions
Non smoking environment. Two in house Shitz Tzu dogs love our guests but do not interact with other pets. If you can not leave your pets at home, we can recommend a dog or cat care facility close by. Families welcome.

2 bedroom unit $200 per night (2 guests) or $250 per night (4 adults)
All rates subject to 5% GST

Directions
DRIVING TO PENTICTONWhen entering Penticton from the south, take the Trans-Canada Highway (Highway 1) east from Vancouver to the town of Hope. At Hope, if you take the Crowsnest route, there will not be any tolls, you will see nice scenery, and have plenty of places to stop for food and fuel. From Hope, take Highway 3 (Crowsnest Highway) through Manning Provincial Park to the town of Princeton, continuing on to Keremeos. At Keremeos take highway 3A to the junction with Highway 97. Turn north on Highway 97 to Penticton. The total distance from Vancouver to Penticton using this route is 395 kilometers. This is less than a 5-hour drive.When entering Penticton from the north, follow the high clay bluffs south along Highway 97 from Kelowna.
